Cabinet Installer

Navarre/Pace, FL Full-timeInstallation

Gentry Concepts is looking for a skilled, reliable Cabinet Installer to join our team. If you take pride in clean, precise work and can deliver a flawless install every time, we want to talk to you.

What you'll do

•Install kitchen and bath cabinetry at residential and commercial job sites
•Measure, level, and secure cabinets to spec and blueprint
•Install countertops, hardware, trim, and fillers as needed
•Troubleshoot and resolve on-site fit or alignment issues
•Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
•Communicate with clients and project leads on progress and timelines

What we're looking for

•Experience installing cabinets or similar carpentry/millwork
•Own reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools
•Strong attention to detail and precision
•Ability to read plans/measurements accurately
•Physically able to lift, maneuver, and install cabinetry
•Professional, punctual, and customer-friendly on job sites

Compensation

Cabinet Designer

Navarre/Pace, FL Full-time / CommissionDesign

Gentry Concepts is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Cabinet Designer to help our clients bring their kitchen and cabinetry visions to life. If you have an eye for space, function, and style — and can turn a client’s ideas into a winning design — we want to meet you.

What you'll do

•Meet with clients to understand their space, needs, and style preferences
•Create custom cabinet layouts and designs using measurements and specs
•Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on designs
•Present design concepts to clients and guide them through material/finish selections
•Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure designs are built to spec

What we're looking for

•Experience in cabinet, kitchen, or interior design (design software knowledge a plus — e.g., 20-20, SketchUp, AutoCAD)
•Strong eye for layout, proportion, and finish selection
•Excellent client-facing communication skills
•Ability to translate client vision into a buildable design
•Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on projects

Compensation

•100% commission — earn based on designs that convert to sales
•Uncapped earning potential for designers who can close
•Competitive commission structure on completed projects

Outside Sales Representative – Cabinets

Navarre/Pace, FL Full-time / CommissionSales

Gentry Concepts is looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales rep to grow our contractor and builder accounts. If you know the trades, love being on the road, and can close deals face-to-face, we want to talk to you.

What you'll do

•Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and remodelers
•Generate new business through job-site visits, networking, and referrals
•Present our cabinet line and pricing to win bids and repeat business
•Manage your own pipeline and follow up on leads
•Represent the Gentry Concepts brand professionally in the field

What we're looking for

•Experience in outside sales, construction, or building materials (cabinets/millwork a plus)
•Existing relationships with local contractors/builders a strong plus
•Self-motivated, comfortable working independently
•Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
•Strong communication and negotiation skills

Compensation

•100% commission — uncapped earning potential
•Ideal for a self-starter who wants to control their own income
