The Challenge
A 120-unit multifamily refresh on a tight turn schedule. The property needed complete kitchen and bath cabinetry delivered and installed without displacing residents longer than necessary, while keeping finish quality consistent across every unit.
Our Solution
Gentry Concepts supplied our Shaker White collection for all 120 kitchens and baths — cabinets, quartz tops, kitchen and vanity sinks, and cabinet hardware as a single package. AutoCAD layouts were produced per unit type, and deliveries were staged direct-to-jobsite in phases matched to the install crew's pace.
Results
The full kitchen and bath scope completed in 8 weeks with a 6-day lead time per phase. Standardizing on a single cabinet package eliminated vendor coordination overhead, and the white shaker finish gave the property a consistent, marketable look across all units.
